Additionally, we have worked in setting the crucial standards and initiated the intense Compliance programs demanded in today's business environment in the financial and other regulated environments. Sample cases in which MIR participated

Panama

MIR, as an Executive Advisor, brought Merit Management Group to joint venture with Codere for the administration of the Presidente Remon Racetrack in Panama.

MIR worked together with both groups in the bidding process. Merit ended the joint venture and MIR supported Codere to work with Wall Street Securities and helped the group eventually win the bid to operate the racetrack.

MIR was involved in the development of serviced remote site operations within the Hipica de Panama business plan.

MIR successfully has negotiated a contract so that common pooling is now a reality with 18 U.S. host tracks and will soon convert all Panama operations to common pooling.

Bally Mexico

MIR helped in the articulation of the relationship between Bally Technologies, Codere and The Caliente Group. MIR was involved in the day-to-day negotiation for the central System contract and the acquisition of the initial 3,500 terminals.
